Welcome to EJ Shop Ltd, specialising in all things Alloy wheels.

We offer a range of repair services including, refurbishment, straightening and welding. We use only the top quality products and machinery to repair your damaged wheels and make them look brand new.

We also have a large stock of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) genuine Alloy wheels for sale if you are looking for a replacement of a damaged wheel/s or simply purchasing a new style.

What We Do

Refurbishment

If your wheels are scratched, damaged, corroded or you just simply want a colour change, you would be looking at a full refurbishment.

What is the process of a full refurbishment?

  • 1. Remove the wheels from the car
  • 2. Remove the tyres and check that they are all straight with no cracks and buckles
  • 3. Chemically strip the wheels
  • 4. Sand blast them
  • 5. Prep the wheels
  • 6. Powder coat the wheels
  • 7. Fit the new valves
  • 8. Fit the tyres and balance them
  • 9. Fit them back on the car

We can book the car to come in or depending on your location we can come to you and take your wheels off and notify you once complete. We can also offer you loaner wheels depending on your car model, to allow you to continue using your car whilst the refurbishment takes place.

Prices start from £60 per wheel

Expected turnaround times: 2-3 days

Straightening

For wheels that have buckles or bends, these can be straightened using our hi tech straightening machine.

What is the process of straightening a wheel?

  • 1. Remove the wheel/(s) from the car
  • 2. Remove the tyres and check on the balancing machine for damage
  • 3. Place the wheel on the straightening machine
  • 4. Straighten the wheel
  • 5. Fit the tyres and balance them
  • 6. Fit them back on the car

Prices start from £50 per wheel

Expected turnaround times: 1-2 days

Welding

If one or more of your wheels are cracked, losing air or is an MOT failure, then they may require welding to correct the issue.

What is the process of welding a wheel?

  • 1. Remove the wheel/(s) from the car
  • 2. Remove the tyres and check for cracks
  • 3. Prepare the wheel by removing all paint on the area that requires welding (you will notice some damage on the paint work on the back of the wheel after welding)
  • 4. Weld the wheel
  • 5. Check on the balancing machine that the wheel is straight
  • 6. Fit the tyres and balance them
  • 7. Fit them back on the car

Expected turnaround times: 1-2 days
